Delivery & Set-up
Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted include delivery & set-up.
We always set-up our helium filled designs on site on the day of your function to allow maximum float time during your function. We will discuss with you the best set-up times for us to access your venue and set-up your Balloon Decorations.
Once delivered and set-up, all Balloon Decorations must be signed for, and after which Balloony Balloons cannot accept any responsibility or damage to the Balloon Decorations.
We are based in North London, & prices quoted are inclusive of set-up & delivery unless otherwise stated in North & West London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, South Buckinghamshire, East Berkshire, &
Payment
To secure a booking in our diary, a completed booking form & a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event date. This is so that we have plenty of time to order in any materials to ensure that they arrive in time for your function.
No refunds can be made within these 4weeks unless in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Balloony Balloons.
For last minute bookings (i.e. within 4weeks before your function) full payment is required at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee exact materials for last minute bookings, although if we are unable to obtain your exact materials we will provide a suitable alternative.
Our preferred method os payment is via Direct Bank Transfer. However, if you wish you can also pay by cheque or debit card.
